Availability of space

The Palace in Wilanów is the former summer residence of King Jan III and a unique point on the map of today's capital. The history of this place dates back to the 17th century, when Jan Sobieski, seeking a respite from the hustle and bustle of the city, created a harmonious space outside it, combining the beauty of Baroque architecture with the natural beauty of the gardens surrounding the Palace. Today in royal Wilanów, culture also meets nature, creating the unique atmosphere and charm of this place, a kind of genius loci. We offer access to Wilanów Palace interiors and gardens. It is an ideal place to organise prestigious meetings and important events, such as conferences, training sessions, galas, concerts, business meetings, corporate events or ceremonial dinners.

Villa Intrata

Villa Intrata is a manor house from the beginning of the 20th century. It is located near the Palace and surrounded by a garden. It is a stylish and elegant place where we recreate Old Polish flavours and culture, ensuring both rich content and a sophisticated form of communication.
The entire space of the manor house is available: the ground floor with representative rooms and an orangery, a fireplace room located in the underground areas, and a room on the first floor.

What can be arranged here?
Special events and family meetings, corporate events, training and business meetings.

At your request, any event can be organised comprehensively, embellished with Old Polish flavours and historical reconstruction shows.

Villa Intrata is located in a historic manor house from the beginning of the 20th century.

The Rose Garden

The Rose Garden is located near the south wing of the Palace. It was established in 1855-1856 at the request of August and Aleksandra Potocki. It is an Italianate garden of the giardino segreto (or 'secret garden' type), designed as a place for the private relaxation of the owners of the Palace, located in a secluded corner of the Wilanów residence. It's adorned with 5,000 roses of numerous varieties planted in flower beds.

All kinds of outdoor meetings, corporate picnics or promotional events.

In the immediate vicinity of the garden, there is also an upper terrace where large outdoor events can be organised.

The English Park

The North Landscape Park stretches out over the northern part of the royal residence. It was created in the 19th century for Stanisław Kostka Potocki. There are many charming, secluded corners where you can relax in the bosom of nature. A valuable asset of the place is also provided by the small, romantic buildings.

We provide a space located picturesquely on Wilanowskie Lake, between the Pump Room (which is a miniature of a medieval castle) and the Chinese Gazebo.

The Orangery

The Orangery is located in the Wilanów garden and was built in 1749 for storage of citrus plants in winter. It owes its strict, Classicist form to the then owner of the Palace, Stanisław Kostka Potocki.

Currently, the Orangery does not store exotic plants, and the building is used to organise temporary exhibitions and various events.

Area: 516 sq. m.
Maximum occupancy: 300/500

What can be arranged here?
Festive parties, Old Polish dinners, special event balls, conferences, symposia, business meetings and other gala events.

The Orangery is located in the northern part of Wilanów Park.

In summer, the Orangery Garden is decorated with exotic plants.

In winter, guests of the Orangery can also take part in a light and music show presented in the Royal Garden of Light.

Temporary exhibitions can be arranged.

Thanks to its movable walls, the Orangery space can be arranged in such a way as to best match the nature of the event.

The Orangery is an excellent place for organising festive receptions and Old Polish dinners.
