Useful information
During high winds, the Park is closed for the safety of tourists.
Access to the Palace courtyard is paid – the ticket to the Park is valid for the courtyard.
Regular visitors are encouraged to purchase quarterly passes available at the Museum's ticket office.
Museum Shop
The Museum shop is located in the basement of the Palace and operates during the opening hours of the Palace.
Opening hours:
- from 10.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. (entrance to 3 p.m.)
Café
Allegato Café is located in the Kitchen Outbuilding in the main courtyard (ticketed area).
Opening hours:
- from 19 October 2024: daily from 9.00 a.m. to 8.00 p.m.
- 31 December 2024 Café is closed,
- 1 January 2025 from 12.00 a.m. to 8.00 p.m.
- from 2 January 2025: from Monday to Friday from 9.00 to 20.00, from Saturday to Sunday from 11.00 to 20.00.
