Tickets for individual visits and selected events at the Museum can be purchased at the museum's ticket office or online.
Free entrance passes to the Palace and park for visits on Thursdays are not subject to reservation. They must be picked up in person at the ticket office on the day of the visit. Note: the number of free entrance passes is limited, and passes are distributed on a first-come first-served basis.
Reservations for a given week can be made no later than the Tuesday evening of the previous week. Ask at the reservation office if there are any tickets left for events in a given week if there are none available online.

How to buy individual tickets?
You can easily and quickly buy entrance tickets to the Palace, Park, performances, temporary exhibitions and special events via the online module. See how simple it is:
If you know when you want to visit the Museum, choose a date in the calendar which suits you. Then all the events available that day will be displayed. If the date is less important to you, choose the type of event, then the theme, and finally the date.
You can buy from 1 to 9 tickets. After selecting the number of tickets and the date of the visit, you can proceed to the login.
Register on the service and follow the instructions or log in to your account.
You can also buy tickets without creating an account, but you will need to provide your personal data.
Payment is carried out via the PayU system. You have 20 minutes to make the payment transfer. After this time, the reserved tickets return to the pool of tickets for general sale.
After the payment has been registered, you will receive an e-mail with tickets in PDF file.
The printed ticket or the ticket saved on a mobile device is verified before entering the event. Please ensure that the barcode is legible.

How to book/buy group tickets?
You can easily and quickly book or buy tickets for group tours with your own guide, for educational activities for children and youth and theme walks for adults via the module. See how simple it is:

You can buy a minimum of 10 tickets. If you choose a self-guided group tour, educational activities or theme walk, the group should not be made up of more than 27 participants.
After you have selected the number of tickets and the date of your visit, the system will redirect you to online payment.

The time allowed for payment for tickets can be extended when placing an order by phone or email. Failure to pay for the order within the deadline set by the booking office will result in the cancellation of the order, and the selected tickets will be returned to the pool of tickets for general sale.

Cheaper in a package of combined classes (1+1). If you use the offer of combined classes, the second, lower-priced classes are exempt from the fee for an educational ticket per person, only a theme ticket from the group is necessary.
