Remember

To visit the Palace individually, buy a ticket or collect a free pass (subject to availability). Groups of more than 9 people should visit the Palace only with an educator or with a guide, after booking a date in advance.
You may take pictures in the Palace and Park as long as you do not disturb other guests and do not endanger the historic objects. Permission from the Museum is required for commercial use of photos.

We kindly ask visitors to the Palace to:

  1. leave jackets, coats, backpack, and umbrellas in the deposit lockers,
  2. leave wheeled baby carriages in front of the entrance to the Palace; inside the palace, carriers may be used;
  3. not eat or drink in historic interiors;
  4. not touch walls or objects;
  5. remain quiet and calm;
  6. not to talk on the phone, and mute ringtones;
  7. follow the instructions of the Museum staff.

When you visit the park:

  1. leave your bike or scooter at the stand near the box office in the Palace lobby;
  2. do not run, or use skates or skateboards;
  3. do not bring pets, except for guide dogs and medical response dogs for people with special needs;
  4. do not damage plants or park decor;
  5. do not touch animals, or fish;
  6. do not trample flower meadows and garden quarters;
  7. do not use music players or speakers (including speakerphone devices if you are a guide).
