      Frequently asked questions

      1. Are classes available for people with disabilities?

        Yes, we use a variety of accessibility solutions. We provide audio descriptions, Polish Sign Language, Easy-to-Read (ETR) text, tactile graphics, and others. Please inform us about the special needs of the group or selected people when booking classes.
      2. Do I need to change shoes?

        No. The exception is the "Dancing Court" workshop – in the winter season, we ask you to change your shoes to comfortable and soft shoes, suitable for dancing.
      3. Is the use of the cloakroom mandatory? Where can we leave our backpacks?

        Yes, the cloakroom is mandatory. Please leave your jackets and umbrellas in the cloakroom. For groups, we have prepared drawers in which you can store small backpacks. Larger luggage can be left in the secure lockers by the Rose Garden.
      4. Is it possible to sit down somewhere between classes, eat something, relax?

        Between classes, you can take a walk in the park, sit on benches or organise a picnic on the grass in designated areas. In the Palace there is a waiting room where you can relax on comfortable stools. We also invite you to the Museum cafe and mobile stands with coffee and snacks.
      5. Is it possible to enter the gardens with a ticket to the Museum workshops?

        Yes, tickets for lessons and Museum workshops entitle you to enter the park. However, if you want to enter the Palace after the workshop, you need to buy a separate ticket.
      6. How long do classes last?

        You should allocate up to 1.5 hours for one class. The duration of the classes depends on the age and involvement of the participants.
      7. Does a teacher have to be with the group in class?

        We ask that the teachers stay in the classroom, as they are responsible for the participants.
      8. Does the teacher pay for admission tickets?

        Yes. Teachers also need an entrance ticket to the workshop or Museum.
      9. What should we do when a group is late?

        First of all, let the Booking Office know. After 15 minutes of delay, the reservation will expire and the classes will not be realised.
      10. Where is the Ticket Office, which way should I enter the Palace?

        The Ticket Office is located in a small yellow building in the Foreground of the Palace. From the Ticket Office, go towards the main gate and turn right in front of it. At the gate, scan your ticket (required for all visitors). Go through the side courtyard. The entrance to the Palace is in the right wing of the building.
