- Groups can visit the Palace only in the company of a guide or Museum educator.
- An organised group is a group of 10 to 25 people.
- The Museum provides educational services for groups, including adults.
- To visit the Palace or Park with a guide (not a Museum educator), you should use the services of external guides or tourist agencies. It is the tour operator's responsibility to provide a guide.
- Prior reservation is required for group tours.
- Due to the deregulation of the profession of tour leader and tour guide which came into force on 1 January 2014, we inform you that guides entering the Palace and/or the Park with a group are required to purchase an entrance ticket.
- We offer annual passes for guides; these allow 11 entries to the 1st route at a price of PLN 200 for a normal ticket and PLN 150 for a reduced ticket. Tickets are valid until the end of the year in which they were purchased.
- The Museum runs refresher courses for external guides, covering the history the residence, the collection and gardens, as well as the latest developments at the Palace and its surroundings. The courses are completed with a competence test, verifying substantive knowledge. The Museum does not verify the linguistic competence of external guides.
Below you can find a list of people who have passed the competence test organised by the Museum of King Jan III's Palace at Wilanów or who have taken further education courses organised by the Museum, completed by a competence test.
