Culinary secrets of chefs
Cooking is an art that requires imagination and is a craft that you can learn. An ideal beginning for a culinary adventure is an encounter with fascinating historical cuisine, full of contrasts and unusual flavour combinations.
How do you prepare fish to be partially baked, partially cooked, and partially fried? What is the secret of the recipe for porridge without porridge? Is honey with spinach a dessert or a main course? We invite you to the royal kitchen for workshops, during which we will reveal culinary secrets! We will learn to stimulate the sense of taste and our imagination. We will show you how to surprise guests with unusual culinary ideas. We will cook on the basis of original recipes from the oldest Polish cookbooks.
