Musical Tunnel

Guests visiting the historic gardens of the Wilanowski Palace after dark enter a space where they can feel like they are in a royal court. They will be led to the exhibition by a 75-metre-long luminous musical tunnel filled with music composed for the installation.

Royal life

In the main courtyard of the Wilanów Palace we will see light compositions referring to the life of Jan III – the story of his love for Maria Kazimierz, wars and diplomatic activities. It is also an excellent setting for taking souvenir photos against the background of the fairy-tale lit royal residence.

North Garden

It is accessed by a bright pergola decorated with vine leaves, lemons, laurel and gooseberries. At the entrance to this part of the park there are installations that will allow you to pose in 17th-century light robes. And behind the pergola the real fun begins with otters emerging from the darkness! Not only children will be delighted when they manage to give a high five to the royal pet!

Mappings in the Royal Garden of Light!

Mapping is a three-dimensional show combining light, image and sound. It is projected onto the palace’s façade and uses its architectural elements to create the illusion of a building come to life. During the mappings, King Jan III and Queen Maria Kazimiera appear in the palace windows, and viewers witness, among others, the entry of a horse procession and a court dance show.

Musical Garden of Dreams

The Musical Garden of Dreams is located on the lower terrace of the baroque garden. The light and music shows taking place there can be admired from the upper terrace, which gives an amazing effect! The light faithfully reproduces and fills the geometric shapes of the garden with changing colours, all to the rhythm of classical music.

Songs that can be heard in the Musical Garden of Dreams:
  • Pyotr Tchaikovsky, music from the ballet “Swan Lake” (fragment)
  • Antonio Vivaldi, aria from Giustino’s opera “Vedro con mio diletto”, performed by Nicola Benedetti
  • Johann Sebastian Bach, Brandenburg Concerto No. 3 in G major
