Get a taste of the 1920s and 30s. Your appetite for Warsaw will be aroused by a trip to the old capital's restaurants, famous for their exquisite cuisine. We will talk about Interwar culinary traditions, tastes, possibilities, and fashions. Let's find out what the cuisine of that time drew from its Old Polish heritage. We will prepare dishes according to recipes of the beginning of the 20th century. In the end, we will sit down together at the table to taste unusual dishes.
