In the Old Polish kitchen – culinary workshops
Cooking is an art that requires inspiration, imagination, and a dash of creativity. It's also a craft you can learn. An ideal beginning for a culinary adventure is an encounter with fascinating historical cuisine.
Old Polish cuisine was full of riddles, contrasts, and unusual flavour combinations. In this selective mix of many cultures, the traditions of the West were seasoned with distinct notes of the East. During classes, we will learn about old flavours and traditions, and under the supervision of professional chefs, with the help of culinary educators, we will prepare dishes according to recipes from the oldest Polish cookbooks. At the end, we will sit down at the table to taste the dishes we have prepared together.
Classes are especially recommended for students of gastronomic schools.
