The second volume of the Supplement... develops the conclusions of the Report... with the conclusions of discussions on it in the museum community. It takes into account opinions and comments on education expressed by museum directors. Through the prism of theoretical studies devoted to the educational dimension of museums, the following topics are discussed: education models implemented in Polish museums, issues of the educational dimension of exhibitions, communication, interpretation, and participation. Showing the practical side of these issues in the light of theoretical museum studies serves to highlight the most important problem areas, the development of which allows for changes in museums, supporting their opening to education. The volume ends with a proposal for the development of current and future museum staff, the aim of which is to strengthen the knowledge, competences and skills of museologists in order to better use the educational potential of museums in Poland.
